Homemade Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
These rich, keto-friendly chocolate chips are perfect for baking or snacking!
Ingredients:
- ½ cup cocoa butter (or coconut oil)
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Melt the cocoa butter in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler method).
- Once melted, remove from heat and whisk in SubSugar Monk Fruit Liquid, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a silicone chocolate chip mold or spread on parchment paper in a thin layer.
- Freeze for 20-30 minutes until solid.
- Pop out the chips or break into chunks and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
