Homemade Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips

These rich, keto-friendly chocolate chips are perfect for baking or snacking!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup cocoa butter (or coconut oil)
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 15-20 drops SubSugar Monk Fruit Liquid (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Melt the cocoa butter in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler method).
  2. Once melted, remove from heat and whisk in SubSugar Monk Fruit Liquid, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a silicone chocolate chip mold or spread on parchment paper in a thin layer.
  4. Freeze for 20-30 minutes until solid.
  5. Pop out the chips or break into chunks and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
