We source the highest-quality cocoa paste from Peru. Part of the quality is the flavor, mouthfeel and aroma, but the other part is the paucity of heavy metal. Our cocoa paste is particularly low in these metals. Each batch is lab-tested for heavy metals and other impurities, and we receive a certificate of analysis (COA) attesting to that with each delivery. This cocoa paste (100% chocolate) has not been denature, so its flavanols and other nutrients are intact and bioavailable.

This product makes for an excellent alternative to both coffee and matcha tea. Some may find raw matcha to be bitter and unpleasant, but it is barely noticeable in our Chocolith® Mango-matcha; its flavor is mostly masked by the coconut and mango that it is mixed with, and the cocoa paste that is enrobing the truffle. 

Raw matcha is more potent than matcha tea because it is the entire leaf, its energy qualities as well as its nutrients and antioxidants. None is diluted; all are bioavailable.

Unlike coffee, matcha doesn't lead to addiction, jitters, headaches and withdrawal symptoms. It provides truly clean boosts of energy and focus. 

Chocolith® is a natural, chocolate alternative. Raw, unprocessed, with no added sugar, it is sweetened with whole, organic, fiber-rich dates, which buffer blood glucose and nourish the gut biome. In this specific flavor, because of the keto requirement, the main sweetener is allulose, which is the healthiest polyol we could find.
